In investment and venture ecosystems, Ijeoma supported the Gender Lens Investment Strategy at Uhuru Investment Partners, securing $20M in growth capital for West African SMEs, including women-led businesses. She has also supported fintech, SMB, and climate tech ventures with Anthemis Group, Energize Capital, and Dream VC.

An ecosystem builder, she co-founded Kareerday and Ivery Arie, empowering African youth and women entrepreneurs. With over seven years at Chevron, Cargill, and DuPont in operations and process engineering, Ijeoma combines global strategy with practical execution to deliver results at scale.
